Almost a week since Future Self Day Retreat and it’s still hard to find the words
This group was something special.
They showed up ready...present, open, willing to receive.
And receive they did

It was a day where everyone left
with their cups overflowing

Nothing magical happened because nothing was forced

Space was created
Safety was felt
And clarity followed

You don’t need a new version of you.
You need access to yourself again.

This day is always a co-creation shaped by the energy, presence, and willingness of the women in the room, and held by the incredible guides who help make it possible.

I’m deeply grateful for each of you 🤍
It’s an honor to create this space together 2026 and beyond.

When things get hard in life my motto is simple: when in doubt, focus out.

It’s so easy to get caught up in our own thoughts, stress, and to-do lists especially this time of year.

Earlier in the day, we were chatting about life, challenges, obstacles ya know human stuff. And then we arrived at the home of the family we sponsored this year, and everything slowed down.

Being invited into someone else’s world has a way of doing that. It creates pause. Perspective. Gratitude.

It's a reminder that everyone is carrying something, and that a little care can go a very long way.

We can’t help everyone.
But helping one family matters.

Knowing that people they’ve never met came together to make their holiday a little lighter, a little warmer, a little more joyful that kind of care creates a ripple far beyond this season.

This has become one of my favorite holiday traditions: coming together to support a family who needs extra support during the holidays.

And I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who helped make this possible. Your generosity, kindness, and willingness to show up truly made a difference for this family.

If you’d love to be part of this next year, I’d love for you to join us. There’s something really special about doing this together.

Because being a bright spot in someone’s life even in a small way is what this season is really about.

If I had one year to completely change my life, I wouldn’t start with doing more.

I’d start by slowing down.
