I remember it like it was yesterday, a journey that opened my eyes and spoke to my soul, the day that changed everything…
My first breath work experience was something that I didn’t know I needed. At the time, I thought my life way going okay, but little did I know, this single event would change the trajectory of my life in a way that I never could have imagined.
The experience was so unlike anything I had ever felt before. The sensations so intense I felt like I was on a trip. the buzzing through my whole body. the tetany in my hands and feet. the full body surrender to sensation. the tears streaming down my face. the environment so warm and safe I was left with nothing but the space to face. to see and witness the things I had tried to suppress. to look at the things I had been running from and come out on the other side. returning to the present moment with my first taste of regulation, something never before experienced in my entire life.
it was one of the most life changing moments, to have someone hold and witness all my pain and heaviness with nothing but love in their heart. to have the space to go to the dark parts of myself and be okay because I was never alone in it. it opened my eyes to the incredible ability of the body to heal and process things instinctually when given the opportunity. to allow the body to take back the wheel and do what it was designed to do. to release control and surrender to what the body is trying to say to you. my first taste into what would become the answer to the question I had all my life, what am I meant to do in this world? the answer was always help people embrace all parts of the human experience, and while I didn’t quite know how then, I certainly know it now. the somatic world changed the game for me and showed me everything I’d been searching for to understanding myself. to learn the language of me.

Going on wellness retreats for my business is something I’ve always wanted to do. And yet the whole time I was there, I kept coming back to the same thought: “I am not someone who goes on retreats solo. I’m not the person who does things like this.” (Keep in mind, I've already been on one before so truly, where tf was this coming from?!)

A friend mirrored something back to me that I had to keep reminding myself of all week. I was already that person, because I was actively doing it.

It’s easy to think that once we do the thing, the identity will just settle in. But even while I was doing something I’d always wanted to do, I still felt like an imposter.

I was homesick. I felt like I was trying to reach this new level and nothing was happening. At the same time, I was so happy to be there, so excited, meeting new people, forming connections with amazing women, and soaking up an insanely beautiful location in Europe.

So for me, this retreat was about sitting with two confronting emotions at once: happiness and sadness, excitement and frustration. You can feel all of the feelings, and you can still have the experience. You can still do the thing.

It was also, surprisingly, about alchemizing everything I’ve already been working on. As someone who’s addicted to personal development, I’m constantly looking for the next layer to peel back, the next goal to hit, the next vision to plan for. This experience showed me that so much of success, happiness, and joy comes from actually being in what you once dreamed of.

I get lost in planning what’s next a lot. This was such a good reminder to just be, and to see how everything I’ve been working on for so long has already shown up in my business.

I came home with so much clarity and confidence in the direction I’m moving, and I feel even more capable and excited to support other women in building their brands and stepping into a new identity and version of themselves.

Let this be your reminder to stop waiting to feel like that person and start being her, because you become her by doing the damn thing. ❤️‍🔥

Another vision turned into reality 🌀

This feels like such a fever dream that flew by so fast.

I had the word "retreat" on my vision board for 3 years which is the same time I started working with Becca

It didnt manifest until this year because first of all, I didn't feel an intuitive fck yes, and second of all it was a big investment!

I didn't give up though and I am so glad I didn't because the past 5 days in Italy were magical

Not only did I meet Becca but I also met so many soul sisters that I spoken to prior or saw online

"Oh my god you are real" is something I said so often on the first day! It felt unreal.

I spend 5 days being so present, connecting with others, and myself.

I did readings for the ladies, talked about my biggest passion, gave witchy tips, talked about past lives, and so many shits and giggles conversations of girls just being girls

I don't have many pictures but I have all of it written in my journal, memories in head, and upgrades that will ripple out.

This was one of the last big visions so what else is to come right? Well that surely was answered!

I met depths, desires, and spoke manifestations out loud while being held by the most incredible women.

Tears were shed for many reasons!

I never thought this would be possible for me but it was and is.

This trip healed me on so many layers, you have no idea!

Who knew that working with my guides, strengthening my intuition, and embracing my witchy too muchness was the best gift I ever gave to myself?

I did. Queen energy is activated and stronger than ever 👑
