✨ Meet the People Behind Floating Doctors: What is like Working With Us ✨

Meet Kala & Johannes, a committed couple serving as lead medical providers in the field:

👩🏼‍⚕️👨🏼‍⚕️Kwin dego,

We are Kala and Johannes, a couple from Macedonia and Germany. We have been working with Floating doctors as Lead Medical Providers for 4 months now.

Our main tasks include attending to our patients of all ages with diverse medical needs, starting from prenatal scans, to babies first check ups, monitoring growth and development, all the way to managing chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension at old age. Imagine it like a big GP office, but in an open- air, bustling rancho.
No day is quite the same but always exciting, dynamic and above all- fulfilling (it helps to have a fantastic team to support you)!

We are honored to be working with, and learning from, the Ngöbe communities and we are thrilled to build health partnerships that go beyond providing solely medical care.

We can’t wait for the adventures that our time with Floating doctors has in store for us!
