Look Ma, I’m in @marieclairevn 🥹 There’s something about print and good old journalism/storytelling which I still love (maybe because I was a journalism major and dreamt of working for the fashion magazines when I was younger - I’ll let you in on a secret: I did work experience at Dolly and Cosmopolitan for a while in my teens). An honor to be featured in this issue. Representing not just piano but classical piano and showing there’s a way forward as a pianist is something I live my every breath for. Behind-the-scenes footage are my favorite because you can see things come to life right in front of you; real time reactions. My obsession with flowers has been forever so I wanted to create this sculpture for the set for my adaptation of Delerium’s Silence. Emotion in lights, shapes, colors, sound.

When a Vietnamese classic meets a modern day soundtrack favorite 🐉 I never listened to Vietnamese music growing up - I just wasn’t around it considering both my parents are classical musicians. This mash up is discovery meets introducing something unfamiliar (Trinh Cong Son’s Sóng Vê Ðâu) with something very familiar (Game Of Thrones theme). 🫶🏽 Out in 11 days xoxo
