Hanoi is a feast for the senses - we stayed at @capellahanoi which was truly a dream of a property and I look to experiencing other Capella hotels. Many of you asked if I planned this trip since it was a personal one, and the answer is no! We worked with the wonderful @beckonaire who designed everything with careful attention to detail. Event production and personal travel design are similar but very different and to have a personal trip planned by another professional is truly a gift in itself.

Perfect modern Georgian design. A biodynamic farm. 438 acres to explore. Dogs allowed. But don’t even think about bringing your phone in the Bothy.

Just 40 minutes by car from Heathrow… If you’re flying home through London, two nights are practically mandatory.

The gallery started the season with a Big Bang and so many things have happened since that I forgot to post about the FANTASTIC time we had with the wonderful @plan_it_morocco team during the @pure_theshow events!! In parallel to our upcoming exhibitions in the gallery, we are curating exciting new art programs to really integrate the art amateurs into the vibrant artistic components of Marrakech connecting its history, art and design to the contemporary scene. Stay tuned!

Bhutan is the ultimate luxury travel destination. It attracts a specific kind of traveler—savvy, sophisticated, and in search of true exoticism, off the grid. Travelers don’t just stumble upon Bhutan. They answer a call to it. Mindfulness isn’t just a buzzword here. It permeates everything. A tourist policy of “high value, low volume” in the Kingdom of the Thunder Dragon has preserved its culture unlike most places can. It’s a destination for both adventurers and peace-seekers, for exploration and meditation, grueling treks and hot stone baths. For five-star travelers, Bhutan has it all: secluded lodges, pristine scenery, colorful festivals, and a remoteness that forces you into a state of presence. You will likely encounter Buddhist masters in Bhutan, but the ordinary people are masters in their own right—at being content wherever they are, regardless of circumstances. At just…being. Get here before it catches on! It’s a place you have to feel for yourself.
