Helping these young adults was another extra special experience.
These are my boys and future daughter-in-law!! Helping them find a home in their budget was a challenge. We searched for months, we got outbid several times, we looked high and low, we scoured Salt Lake County from East to West... then we found this home!!

And... it went under contract the day we looked at... Bummer!! But we put in the offer anyways, and we went into a back up position in hopes the first buyers would cancel. I prayed and prayed, and we kept looking for another option.

Almost 2 weeks later, we got the call that the buyers canceled and my kids were able to move forward and purchase the home!

We jumped into financing, appraisals, and inspections to move the process along.

Financing got difficult, we had to extend deadlines, we had to submit more documents. we pushed through.

Finally!!! The we made it to the closing table, THEY ARE HOMEOWNERS, hard work and perseverance has paid off

Yes, they are my kids, but I'll fight and push and pray for you too. Every client is special to me and I'll work just as hard for everyone I work with!!

Grateful for these kiddos that call me Mom and drive me crazy, cause me stress, and sleepless nights... but they are incredible humans and I'm super proud of each one of them. I love the moments we spend together, the late talks, hours of counseling and I'm forever grateful to be your Mom. Love you my Children, always my babies❤️

Life is about balance. This weekend we found our balance and got centered.
Here's a secret, it doesn't happen on the first try. Don't quit trying. Find your balance in life.
I can find my Center and my balance in life when spending time with my kids🩷

2 years gone by and not a second wasted. I love this woman with my whole heart and will swallow a damn grenade for her. She is the rock to my roll and the light to my life. I would love her if she turned into a caterpillar or a worm. Have a great day today bec. I love you#Loveyoubitch #aintnevergonnastoplovingyoubitch
