I definitely struggle with body dysmorphia. Some days it’s louder than I’d like it to be.

The loose skin can be hard to look at, but it’s also proof of the fight. It’s a reminder of every decision, every workout, every meal, and every day I refused to quit.

This journey has been a battle, but I’ve already won.

I didn’t just lose weight. I gained a future. A future where I get to be present for my family. A future where I can be the best version of myself for the people who matter most.

The skin doesn’t define me. The discipline, resilience, and life I’ve built do.

And I’d choose this life every single time.
