‘Paysage Émotionnel’
Acrylic & Charcoal mural performance
2024

I’ve been having private social gatherings every month leading up to my next solo show file which will be on New Year’s Day of 2025

this new expression is very sensitive to me and so I’m particular about who I let see me in process

This performance was my first time showing how I create these works

This mural will be gone soon - I have to prepare for something big - 1.1.25

Can’t close out Black History Month without highlighting the incredible Black Men’s Brain Health Conference! Honored to be selected as an Emerging Scholar and grateful for this once in a lifetime experience to learn about Black Men’s Brain Health in the context of Alzheimer’s Disease during the first ever Las Vegas Super Bowl! Intentionally surrounding ourselves with the people we are doing our research for was so rewarding.

Of course work turned into play & your favorite BLACK clinical neuropsychologists, neurologists, neuroscientists, & researchers took over the city. The first time feeling this type of Black academic community since Howard🤎.

Had to extend my trip for even more fun w/ my girlfriends🤍 & had a TIME to say the least!

Counting down the days until the BMBH Conference in NOLA next Super Bowl!🥳

Squid Game finale party hosted by the power couple and my big brother and sister @brad.337 @mrs.ghi !

4 day recap:

Thursday: Rented out a club to watch the finale then party

Friday: Went to @sandboxvr played Squid Game/Zombies then had an intense and competitive game night lol

Saturday: rented out a race track and had 50+ cars exotic Red Light, Green Light Challenge. Went to dinner then hit the club for one final party!

Sunday: laid back and watched movies all day

I heard a great quote once “Life isn’t about trying to figure it out, it’s about enjoying the experiences.”

Welll, I enjoyed the F out of this experience.

Ohhh and it’s only the beginning 👀.
