We’re approaching MID-YEAR RESET time 🤯🌟🧺🐝💛 I’ve built the ultimate future you mid-year reset, focusing on the 4 key areas I think matter the most - home/ environment, digital, systems & routines AND goal-setting!

In this ep, we’re resetting our environments !!! Of course, a simple house / workspace refresh is MORE than enough, but a fresh pantry + fridge + wardrobe + workspace really just takes the cake for me personally 🤭✨🫧

SEE YOU IN EP 2 FOR A DIGITAL RESET !!

Food prep for the week ahead + a shopping list if you wanted to make it, too! 📝🛒

(I also have a protein shake at some point throughout the day + dinners are dependant on what we feel like on the day, but are always meat + veg of some kind 😋)
