Blessed to have earned a full D1 scholarship to the Air Force Academy despite being “undersized.” That opportunity taught me early discipline, structure, and how to handle pressure—especially through some of the toughest academic courses I’ve ever faced. That same foundation helped me carry a 3.8 GPA at Savannah State and earn my Master’s with a 4.0 from Fort Valley.

Freshman year, I dropped 29 in a game and finished 2nd in the Freshman of the Year race. That loss stayed with me, and I made a promise to bounce back stronger. Next season: SIAC Champion and SIAC MVP.

Then I bet on myself—transferred to Central State, helped turn a losing team around, raised all my stats, and crossed 1,000 career points. Took another leap to Northeastern State, where an injury slowed me but I learned the highest level of D2 hoops from the toughest conference in the country.

I closed my college chapter at Fort Valley, finishing with over 1,500 points, 100+ steals, 200+ rebounds, 89% from the line, and countless memories. I’m thankful for every stop, every connection, every lesson.

Marcus out—next chapter loading. Ready for this pro journey.
