⋆✴︎˚｡⋆ wowow, i am so incredibly stoked to be playing this show tomorrow with a bunch of my sweetest friends!! takaat are going to be here all the way from africa/nyc, featuring members of mdou moctar, bringing guitar grooves so organic and alive that you can feel new things been born inside as they move through you. local magicians huht will be casting the most hypnotic of electric spells to heal us in this time of monsters, and jane wave is going to expand our heads way out beyond the edges of the universe with an enchanting array of psychedelic sonic dreamscapes. for our part, we'll have an eleven-piece group with seven electric guitars, strings, horns, piano, harp, and drums. we'll be exploring some wild free jazz territory, some drones, some blurry tonal movements, and an overall abstract and chaotic collage of feelings and textures. for this outing, we'll be: alberto patino - drums bill martinez - bass bren solis - trumpet / guitar eleanor schumacher - guitar gabe raines - piano / guitar jim turner - guitar klaude ü - cello madi powers - french horn michael williams - guitar pax - harp / guitar zach tbd - guitar i'm soooo grateful to be playing music with my pals, and in the most loving and supportive community ever 💜 i feel like st louis is in a really special place right now creatively, with so many amazing things happening. i hope you'll consider coming out to show some love ⋆✴︎˚｡⋆

When it rains, have your #beekeeping club meeting in part of the #workshop, why not? . We’re lucky to have a State Apiary Inspector who is willing to come lead discussions about #honeybee populations, diseases and pests, local regulations, and pollinator habitats. . Nearly our entire friendship circle is thanks to this club, so proud to know these peeps. . #beekeeper #beekeepers #apiary
