POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Most people see the workout.

They see the sweat, the struggle, the shaking legs, and the moments when you want to quit.

What they don’t see is the reason behind it.

Every rep is a vote for the life I want to live.

A stronger body.
More energy for my family.
More years with the people I love.
More confidence.
More freedom.

When my trainer @shaneen.nicole pushes me, she’s not just helping me build muscle, she’s helping me build the discipline to keep going when things get hard.

The pain is temporary, but the person I’m becoming is worth every uncomfortable moment.

No pain. No gain. No excuses.

Just one workout at a time, becoming a better version of myself.

Fitness looks different when you have a teammate.

For us, this journey became about so much more than losing weight. It became about strengthening our marriage, becoming better parents, and learning how to take care of ourselves so we could show up better for each other.

One thing I’ve learned is that accountability changes everything. Sometimes the difference between staying stuck and making progress is simply having someone beside you reminding you why you started.

That’s exactly how I lost my first 10 pounds in 21 days. It wasn’t because I was perfect. It was because I had someone checking on me, encouraging me, and helping me stay focused when I wanted to quit.

Nutrition is still the biggest piece of the puzzle. I always say it’s 80% nutrition and 20% fitness. But fitness matters too. It helps improve your energy, strengthen your heart, reduce stress, and keep your body moving so you can continue showing up for the people you love.

Whether you’re married, single, or somewhere in between, don’t be afraid to lean on someone. Find your teammate. Find your accountability partner. Keep moving.

If you’re looking for someone who’s still on the journey too, I’d be happy to walk alongside you. ❤️
