The amazing team behind R na G! 💚☀️☘️ #rincenagreine #teamrnag #herecomesthesun #irishdance #crnirishdance 💚 LAUREN ☀️ Lauren Adams-Plehal is the Owner and Dance Director, as well as an Instructor and Choreographer, at Rince na Gréine. She is a fully-certified Irish dance teacher, having achieved her ODCRN in 2020 with Cumann Rince Náisiúnta. She graduated with her Master of Arts in Irish Dance Studies from the University of Limerick in 2022 and earned her Postgraduate Certificate in Optimisation of Health for Performance in Irish Dancers in 2025. Lauren is a Craobhghrád level dancer and was the U21 North American Champion in 2020. She has been Irish dancing since 2005, and teaching Irish dance since 2014. In her time outside of the studio, Lauren likes to play with her two cats, Claire and Sniffles, and hang out by the lake in Uptown Minneapolis. 💚 KIM ☀️ Kim Adams-Plehal is the Owner and Business Manager at Rince na Gréine. She grew up in Hopkins. Married the guy whose locker was next to hers in 8th grade. Had two beautiful, amazing children (one of them being Lauren). Loves Irish Dance, but doesn’t dance. And looking forward to joining her husband in retirement… one of these days! 💚 MARGE ☀️ Margaret (or Marge) Schmitz is an Instructor and Choreographer, as well as the Assistant Dance Director, at Rince na Gréine. She started Irish Dancing at age 12 after she saw Riverdance. She competed and performed for 6 years, took a break, and came back during college. Marge loves watching children and adults progress through the levels and passing on her love of the art form and sport. She became a fully certified teacher with Cumann Rince Náisiúnta in 2022. In her free time (what little time she has), she enjoys giggling over her cats, reading, and traveling. 🩵 CHRYSTAL 🩵 Chrystal O’Hanlon is an Instructor and Choreographer at Rince na Gréine. She started dancing at age 40, and as such, she loves teaching in our adult program. She also has a passion for dance technique and teams.
