Funny how life brings you full circle. ❤️

Today, fitness and line dancing came together in the same community that holds so many of my childhood memories.

Coming back as an adult, reconnecting with familiar faces, building new relationships, making new memories and—most importantly—showing up in support of the young people in the community just felt GOOD.

Different season. New memories. Same community. 🫶🏾

✨ Pouring into the next generation this past weekend ✨

I had the opportunity to spend time with an amazing group of youth from the Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Houston Chapter, where we focused on the importance of health, movement, hydration, and staying active.

As a former Olympian 🇳🇬, it was truly special to be part of an event that brought athletes together to inspire, educate, and remind these kids that their goals are within reach. We talked about what it takes — not just talent, but discipline, consistency, and taking care of your body from a young age.

I also had the chance to connect with parents, emphasizing how important their role is in supporting, encouraging, and guiding their children — especially if they aspire to become athletes or simply live healthy, active lives.

A special thank you to Onyinye for reaching out and allowing me to be a part of something so impactful and truly special 🤍

Moments like this remind me that what we do goes far beyond the office. It’s about impact, education, and helping build stronger, healthier futures 🖤

Forever grateful to serve, both inside and outside the clinic ✨

Every body can change.

But not everybody is willing to work.

Strength. Discipline. Dominion.
