Warmup is a hot topic in the fitness industry.
Do you need it or not?
Trick question because it’s yes and no.
-You need to warmup if you have previous injury that has affected your movement patterns or posture.
-You don’t need warmup if you don’t have injuries and your posture is in alignment.

The body will have trust in itself based on your posture/movement patterns. So a warmup is completely based on those conditions.

Intra set mobility adds a whole new element to your workouts. You can get a lot done when you put the phone down.
I also don’t want to stretch after the workout so super setting the mobility work allows you to loosen up between sets.

HYROX MIA ‘25
Another HYROX for the books 😤
This one was for sure tougher than last year. I wasn’t mentally locked in this year at all & quite frankly didn’t even want to be there, BUT we still got it done! 💪🏽
Overall my body felt great throughout; just mentally struggled to push with this one. Made the most of it & at moments I just wanted to quit I reminded myself to just have fun and enjoy the challenge ☺️
Grateful for my body & everything it lets me put it through within the span of less than a year 😅 and for incredible people I get to share these challenges with 🫶🏼

What’s next? 🤔

This circuit was fun, I didn’t have a ton of time to get the workout done so this helped me get some good work in a short amount of time.
This is some good work to build explosive power off one leg so here it is
3 exercises 4 rounds (2 each side)
-Single leg KB swings (30 reps ea side)
-Single leg stands (1 min each side)
-Single leg Med ball slams (until the throws are slow)
