Big Shoutout to our Athlete Allie who has been KILLING IT so far this high school season solidifying her current role as a Rising Star!

Coming off a couple of injuries before our Full Testing Week, Sabrina started at a CMJ Vertical of 15.3” in July to a 18” 3 weeks later!

Jeremy has been working on his lateral quickness & Change of Direction. His initial 5-10-5 was a 5.37 and now in just two months of work cut it down to a 4.73!

As you can see, our members of ALL LEVELS get 1% Better everyday.

@beefcake_brina and I did a post on this a month or so ago and I have to give her credit for finding the relevant papers.

In short, most people are probably fine, I don’t know many people who put their creatine in coffee and if they do, I doubt they are sipping on it over several hours.
