Raise your hands if you’re always telling folks to “let me know if you need anything,” but you don’t remember when someone said these words to you outside a business transaction. 👀

Your biggest problem is that you’ve lived your life giving the world what you didn’t receive, and this has led you to form an identity out of “being helpful, supportive, dependable, and reliable,” even at the expense of your own needs.

The problem isn’t that you’re a giver. It’s the reason why you give.

You’re at that moment of no return, knowing you can’t keep attempting to patch holes from your past with ‘good deeds.’ Real work needs to be done to reshape how you see yourself.

Recommitting to yourself is rewriting how you desire to be treated.

Most high-achieving women have put themselves on the back burner in more ways than one.

There’s no shame because many of us live similar lives, overcoming our battles. What I think is most important for you to hear right now is that I am here for you, and you do not have to go at this alone.

In two days, I’ll be kicking off an experience that thousands of women have participated in over the last three years.

You can be the next woman with a breakthrough story! Your seat is waiting for you.

You’ve got less than 48 hours to take the leap!

My mental health. My physical health. My financial health.

All aspects of me matter, and I tend to them with zero hestitaion.

You see, I’ve mastered the art of following my internal compass.

That’s what the Recommit to Yourself Challenge is all about.

So, you may be thinking to yourself: “I don’t need another challenge or conference.”

I get it. You’ve been to so many you can nearly guess what’s next.

This right here ain’t “another challenge.”

Only 5 days left until the doors officially open to the “Recommit to Yourself” Challenge.

Stop neglecting your mental health—it’s time to prioritize it!

I’ve emphasized this countless times: Without mental health, there is no true health.

I come from a background where mental well-being wasn’t prioritized, and opening up about feelings was seen as a sign of weakness.

Therapy??

That wasn’t even on the radar for “people like us”.

Frankly, the mere thought of seeking help Instead of receiving support, often led to judgment and misunderstanding.

The stigma surrounding mental health made it challenging for many, including myself, to acknowledge and address our struggles.

But here’s the truth: Your mental health matters, regardless of societal perceptions or personal upbringing.

As we approach Mental Health Awareness Month in May, let’s break free from the stigma and take proactive steps to care for our minds.

Start by checking in with yourself.

How are you really feeling? Are there thoughts or emotions you’ve been pushing aside?

Remember, it’s okay not to be okay. Seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness.

I encourage you to prioritize your mental well-being this May and beyond.

Whether it’s through therapy, self-care practices, or reaching out to a trusted friend, take the first step towards a healthier mind.

Together, let’s create a culture where conversations about mental health are welcomed and support is readily available.

Your mental health matters—don’t neglect it. Ever!
