Celebrating Warriors: Year 4 Flashback

With each passing year, more pieces of the puzzle continue to come together. Year 4 allowed us to witness firsthand breakthroughs, healing, and burdens being lifted. We were grateful for our partnership with Pearly Gate Baptist Church, and this was also the year our team began to grow!

Looking back, we are thankful for the growth, the impact, and the continued unfolding of the Celebrating Warriors vision.

this summer i found a way back to then!

moved in with my sister, we have become professional upstairs neighbors!

went home to spend time with my mommy!

ploopy visited for my birthday!

kim took me out for a FULLY GLUTEN FREE LUNCH before I moved!

chelsea held an awesome cast party and (not pictured) visited me in Frisco!

the end of my dance training :)

went out for our first girls night!

went on a wine walk for adeana's birthday!

saw director Ken's show!

looked oh so natural with bekah!

A little late to the end of summer recap, but I was waiting for the weather down here to actually feel like fall

This summer was full of fun ☀️ Went on lots of dates with the hubby, made tons of friends, hung out with my favorite work people, and became a trainer AND trained our first group! 🤯

Can't wait to see what the next season holds!

Today I rang the bell.

10 rounds of radiation. DONE.

This journey was a roller coaster. The pain, exhaustion, vomiting, side effects, and days when my body felt like it had absolutely nothing left to give. Radiation tested me in ways I wasn’t prepared for.

I wish no one ever had to go through this fight. Cancer takes so much from you physically, mentally, and emotionally.

But today, I got to ring that bell. And I pray with everything in me that I never have to ring it again because 10 rounds down, and I’m praying for NO MORE.

To my village… THANK YOU. ❤️ Y’all showed up for me. You prayed for me, checked on me, called, texted, helped with my kids, sat beside me, and reminded me that I wasn’t fighting alone. Today you showed up and made me feel so incredibly loved.

That bell wasn’t just for me. It was for every single person who helped carry me through these 10 rounds.

One chapter closed.
Now I pray for healing, strength, and better days ahead.
