The science behind It:

“SAID principle” Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands.
Muscle fibers don’t literally remember movements, but the nervous system and muscular system adapt to the speed, force, range of motion, and contraction demands of training.
That’s why training with intent matters, especially when developing speed, power, and explosiveness in athletes.

As a former athlete, I can tell you firsthand that one day, the game will end. And when it does, you’ll realize how much those moments meant.

To every athlete I have the privilege of coaching, I want more for you than just success in sports. I want you to walk away knowing you gave everything you had, even when life wasn’t going your way.

You can live with losing. You can live with failure. But living with regret is a different kind of pain.

Don’t take this chapter of your life for granted. Stay the course. ❤️

It’s Just Work. 💯

🚨 ALL STATE PREPS x VIRGINIA PREPS 🚨

I’m excited to announce that Will Garlick of Virginia Preps (Rivals) will be joining me for my two All State Preps Football Camps this spring in Pennsylvania.

🏈 March — High School Camp
🏈 April — Middle School Camp

We’re also discussing the possibility of adding an additional date in the DMV.

This collaboration is about one thing: putting more eyes on the athletes.

And let me make this clear:

THIS IS NOT A CAMP WHERE YOU’LL GET RANKED.

It never has been.

All State Preps camps have always been about competition, evaluation, development and exposure — not handing out stars or rankings.

You come to compete. You come to get evaluated. You come to put your skills on display.

Now, with Will Garlick joining us, we’re bringing another set of eyes to the field and expanding the exposure for the athletes.

More evaluators. More coverage. More exposure.

That’s what these camps have always been about.

📅 REGISTRATION OPENS THIS SUNDAY.

Stay tuned for registration information and complete camp details.
