@beenthereusa We played the Been There Fest in Austin, TX about 6pm on a Saturday in November last year to help raise money in support of the Other Ones Foundation and several other charities trying to salve the homeless. It was the first set list RG picked in two years or so. #wespreadwidespread #panicstrickenatx #widespreadpanic #hopeinahopelessworld #beenthere

This Giving Tuesday, join us in using music, art and community to create lasting change for those experiencing homelessness in Austin. Do a little good, so we can have more fun, that’ll do a lot more good! Your gift makes it happen!

Thankful.

This Thanksgiving, we’re deeply grateful for our incredible partners, donors, volunteers, staff, and supporters who show up with compassion day after day. 💙

Your generosity fuels every part of our work. From building porches and serving meals to assembling kits, raising awareness, and rallying funds. Because of you, our mission continues to move forward.

And as we look ahead to Giving Tuesday next week, we’re thrilled to share some exciting news: an anonymous donor has offered a $20,000 challenge gift to support the ongoing work at the Esperanza Community.

That means every dollar you give next week helps us meet that challenge by doubling your impact for our unhoused neighbors. Together, we can show what a strong, caring community can make possible.

Austin showed up loud for the Been There festival at @radioeast, and so did we. We rolled in the video wall, fired it up, and backed a good cause that supports our city’s unhoused community. This is the kind of work that reminds us why we haul cases in the first place.

Respect to the crews who threw down with us: @austineventlighting, @nomadsound, @onioncreekproductions, and @radioeast. When Austin’s production world links up, the whole city feels it.

It was a real honor to be given one of the first Been There Awards last week. “Been There” is a movement of creative folks bringing positive change through music, film, and festivals. They have raised over $3 million to support the work of homelessness nonprofits in Austin.

The Been There Award recognizes that the issue of homelessness is a humanitarian crisis, but it also honors the compassion and perseverance of folks in our community doing good work to help others rise and celebrates resilient individuals who can proudly say they’ve “Been There” and moved forward.
