If you own a brewery or distillery—or you’re thinking about opening one—you need to know Steve Saunders of Woodberry Fabrication @beerwelder

Steve has saved my butt more times than I can count. When we opened Thrasher’s Rum, he helped us set up the entire stainless-steel system, troubleshoot and figure out the computer controls, dial in our fermentation systems, and solve just about every mechanical problem that came our way.

And the man can weld just about anything you can possibly imagine.

Steve is one of those people you want in your phone when something goes wrong and you need someone who actually knows how to fix it.

If you’re opening a distillery, expanding a brewery, having equipment issues, or just need somebody who knows fabrication and distilling systems inside and out—call Steve Saunders at Woodberry Fabrication.

I can’t recommend him enough.

We had some heavy hitters in Maryland beer pop into the brewery district to kick-off Craft x Craft with us.

It gave us a chance to show off the public art project happening along Ostend Street. This project is made possible by the Maryland Alcohol Manufacturing & Promotion Fund in partnership with the Carroll-Camden Business Association. The goal of the Fund includes promoting tourism around the state’s craft alcohol, educating the public on the history of the industry in the state, and promoting the state’s breweries.

We grabbed a pic at this fermenter photo op spot painted by Caroline of @okay_everything whose studio is in the 1100 Wicomico building where the mural is located.

We have a lot of signs here in the stadium district and this is your sign to drink beer made here. 🍺

As we wrap up construction in the brewery, we’re thrilled to share that our glycol chiller and steam boiler finally arrived at Henceforth,.

Thanks to @gdchillers and @riteboilers for supplying us with our remaining equipment. And a very special thanks to @beerwelder for the installation and all of the work they’ve done to turn our space into a working brewery.
