I've been using New Zealand manuka honey for a couple of years now and feel it's made such a difference for my health. Dietary methylglyoxal, abbreviated as MGO or MG, is a naturally occurring compound found in high concentrations in manuka honey. Researchers have extensively explored manuka honey for its antibacterial, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory & other wellness properties — it's set apart from other honey types. As for flavor, I find higher MGO manuka tastes deeper, warmer, more complex and less simple-sugary compared to common honey. I like the Bees & Trees brand because they don't use glyphosate, minimally process, & do independent and verifiable testing. (no affiliation, just a personal recommendation) . . #honey #manuka #manukahoney #honeybees #superfood

In the dark before dark had a name, something molten split the void open. Gold bled into blue. And from that wound, they emerged — winged, humming, ancient. Not creatures. Messengers. Scott Parsons’ “In the Beginning” isn’t a painting of creation. It’s a painting of the moment before creation knew what it was. #Genesis #beeart #natureinspiredart #conversationpiece #charlestongalleries 📍Available at Revealed Art Gallery

This morning I traded emails for bees. 🐝✨ I pottered through the garden watching them - gosh bees are so cute and calming, then harvested a little lavender to dry for the bathroom. Now I’m wondering… would you love finding a small bundle of homegrown lavender beside the bed when you arrive at Mindful Motel? It feels like such a simple little touch, but somehow it makes the whole room feel calmer. #MindfulMotel #CatskillsRetreat #SlowLiving #LavenderLove #natureheals
