TWO QUICK THINGS!

IG fam bam, in case you didn’t see, we’re back in full swing with @level.up.mvmt and have our Classterminds coming back this Sunday!

1️⃣ @zaynagold debuts her Reformer for Spinal Fusion in this 90-minute mini-workshop on Sunday at 9-10:30a PT (if you’re not live, you get the recording indefinitely), where she’ll chat all about HER spinal fusion in 2020 and how she’s adapted programming for herself and other clients with back issues.

2️⃣ Our final Platinum Pass of 2023 is in October and as of now there are only 4 seats left to Premier Pricing. The theme this month is FUNction (emphasis on fun, you know us), and we’ve got 4 awesome instructors with 4 epic sessions as follows:

It lifts the heart rate, strengthens and stabilises upper extremities and shoulders.
Fires the core with a variety of options and moves. Hits the obliques on the button 🔥

ANOTHER BALANCED BODY ONLINE MOTR COURSE
