Small serving boards made exclusively for @snippers.shop. They are made using a single stave reclaimed from an ex-whisky cask, the stave are cut to size, cleaned sanded and then finished by soaking for 24hrs in natural mineral oil by @brandonbespokefinishes, which is 100% food safe and makes the wood look amazing. I laser etch the logo into each board using a small desktop laser etcher. So proud to be working with these guys on this project, long may the partnership last, thank you for support. #beespokebarrels #beespoke #whiskybarrel #barrel #reclaimed #upcycling #etsy #handmade #handcrafted #whisky #sustainable #farmhouse #farmhousedecor #rustic #rusticfarmhouse, #rusticdecor #livingroomdecor #tabledecor #reelsinstagram #brandonbespoke #giftideas #reels #giftshop #cheeseboard #servingboard #choppingboard #laser #laseretching #laserengraving #laserpecker

Custom made Wallace tartan lampshades by Keith Wallace❣️ I am posting on behalf of my dad as he has never used Instagram before and really wanted to enter @needcraft_ #MeMadeShade competition!💡 I’ve written up a little more information below about the project, but as you can see he is very proud of the lampshades he had created so I would love for him to win 🥰 During lockdown, my mum and dad were looking to replace the lamps in our dining room. They discovered these bespoke lamp stands by @beespoke_barrels made from old Scottish whisky barrels. The company sold tartan lampshades to go with them, but they didn’t have any of our Wallace clan tartan! My dad then thought up the idea of creating his own which he has never done before! He sourced some Wallace tartan from @scotlandshop who also created his suit @scotlandshop_edinburgh which he LOVES and are the company behind the majority of @myname5doddie suits 💙 He then purchased a Dannell’s @needcraft_ DIY lampshade kit and here we are! ~ Keith Wallace is originally from Haddington, East Lothian and lives in Falkirk, Scotland. He trained as an engineer and is still working across varied transport roles after specialising in railways. He enjoyed designing and making back in his school days, and has always kept a keen interest in art and design. ~ Suit and fabric for lampshades: @scotlandshop @scotlandshop_edinburgh ❤️ Lampshade DIY kit: @needcraft_ 💡 Lamp stands: @beespoke_barrels 🥃 #needcraft #memadeshade #dannells #beespokebarrels #designedbykeithwallace #wallacetartan #tartanlampshades #diylampshades #lampshadekit #lampshadedesign #barreldesign #whiskybarrels #scottishdesign #scottishinteriors #wallaceclan #lockdowncrafts #lockdowncrafting #keithwallace #keithwallacescotland #keithwallacerugby #wallaces #interiordesign #lockdowncreations
