After a day filled with running, competition, and fun from the 5.2 KM Running Session to the 4 team, 4 color competition the energy, cheers, and memorable moments continued throughout the day.
It was about competing, getting active, and simply enjoying sport together.
For many, it was also a chance to meet new people and become part of the same community.
These are the voices and feelings of the people who came together to bring the Energy and share the experience with us.
See you again at the next one.

Special shoutout to @nyckysaynya and @beetroot.bkk for the assistance over the past week in Bangkok. There is so much a sports physician can do to aid recovery for a gruelling 3 games in 7 days. Sleep and nutrition - personalised recovery drinks & tapping into superfood such as beetroots is a need.

I am sure the boys are happy to be part of the @beetroot_athletes family.

It is funny how a simple message leads to a collaboration!

Thank you again Nycky and Beetroot Bangkok.
