WOW. Just WOW. ✨ Our first Move, Mind, Unwind event brought together amazing communities for an experience that combined movement of indoor cycling, mindfulness of yoga and unwinding through natural refreshments (and good chats!). The results? We’re blown away: ⭐ 4.85/5 average rating ⭐ 85% gave us 5 stars ⭐ 4.8/5 would attend another hybrid event Your feedback is helping us create even better experiences. Thank you for trusting us with this pop-up hybrid event 🫶🏼 Who’s ready for round 2? 👀 #MoveMindUnwind #IndoorCycling #yoga #popup #wellness #fitness #health #foresthill #se23 #community @mind_yogapilates @beetrootbeans @venningindoorcyclehire

End of a beautiful era, left my job at the best pub ever on Friday. Managing a pub is a tough and rewarding gig (something I never imagined doing) but I did it and I think I did a great job 💪 but I need a change of pace, need to do the things I enjoy again 📸 🪡 📚 I don’t think I’ll make it as a big shot photographer at no means but I am going to be more into that world again, hit me up if you need any photos taken 🥹😬

We did it! Our first pop-up hybrid event - Move, Mind, Unwind in collaboration with @mind_yogapilates ⚡️ Combining indoor cycling and yoga, followed by delicious drinks from the brilliant zero-waste business @beetrootbeans 🫚 The turnout was incredible, the energy in the room was electric and we can’t wait to do it all again! Watch this space for more to come from us at Sister Cycle (@coachcat.training & @kristinabolger) and check out the amazing MIND studio on Dartmouth Road, founded by the amazing Evie 💥 Thank you to @venningindoorcyclehire for the bikes, they are beautiful to ride. And a shout out to @velocitycycle for the advice and support 🫶🏼 #MoveMindUnwind #Spin #indoorcycling #yoga #wellness #foresthill #se23 #community #fitness #wellbeing #sistercycle
