Left/ Right Oblique Sweep 🧹

Spring load: 2-3 lights springs (white or equivalent)

Pro Tips:
Slow over wide: Prioritize control over range. A slow, controlled sweep with no momentum is the goal.

Keep knee hip height: Ww are targeting our oblique not making it a glute dominated move.

Stay square: Keep your chest and hips square to the carriage. Avoid rotating open as the leg sweeps or jutting out your hip of your supporting leg.

No back arch: Maintain a neutral tabletop spine without arching or dumping into your low back. #Xformer #modernpilates #howto #pilates #obliquesweep
