POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Your midlife body isn’t the problem.

I had the pleasure of sitting down with @before_boca to talk about something a lot of midlife women carry quietly: the stories we tell ourselves about our bodies, and why they keep us stuck.

We got into:
→ The narrative that keeps midlife women stuck
→ Emotional eating and the self-sabotage cycle
→ GLP-1s, peptides, and wellness gimmicks — what’s worth it, what’s not
→ 3 pieces of wisdom for making peace with your body
→ What to say to the woman who keeps saying “I’ll be happy when I lose 20 pounds”

Thank you for a fantastic and much needed conversation! ❤️

Had the BEST conversation on the Before Boca podcast about hormones, strength training, mindset, midlife reinvention, and why so many women have been told to just “deal with it.”

These little clips are only a preview. We went there.

If you’ve been feeling exhausted, disconnected from yourself, dismissed, or like your body suddenly changed the rules… this conversation is for you.

Midlife is not the end of you.
It might actually be the beginning.

Had such a fun conversation on Before Boca this week 💛

Sharing a small clip about how I found yoga therapy—starting with Jill Miller’s work (Tune Up® Fitness) which completely shifted how I see the body, and eventually leading me to my training with Prema.

What I love most about this work is that it’s not one-size-fits-all… it’s about looking at the whole person.

Grateful to be part of the conversation.

✨ What is yoga therapy, really?

Yoga therapy uses movement, breath, and tools like myofascial release to help you better understand your body, reduce tension, and feel better in it.

It meets you exactly where you are—not where you think you “should” be.

In practice, it can look like:
• movement (functional + strength)
• breath 🫁
• awareness
• myofascial release

I talk more about this (and what it actually looks like in real life) on the Before Boca podcast—episode drops tomorrow 🎙️
