Therapy, but make it dinner 🍽️
Some weeks the best wellness isn’t a class or a routine.. it’s your people, good food, and a table you don’t want to leave.

Girls night at @tantachicago and it did not disappoint if you’re looking for your next Chicago spot, add this to the list. One of the best meals I’ve had all year! Still thinking about that chocolate cake🤤

Wellness looks like a lot of things. Tonight, it looked like this

Teaching my MOVE class has meant so much to me. Sad to pause it here, but know that I’m currently on the hunt for a new home for the class. Open to all suggestions!!👂🏾 The goal is to secure a spot by June/July at the latest 🙏🏾

Anywho, here are a few MOVE class pics that didn’t make the grid yet. I’m going to miss us in this space. @dome_studios THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!! Fun times 💙 #TBT

In the meantime, y’all can still pull up to my Circuit Training class on Tuesdays (6:15pm), hosted at @sporthousechicago 👀 Hope to see you 🫶🏾 THE FUN CONTINUES 😆🦾✨

This wasn't just a baby shower. It was a torrential downpour of love. Baby Christopher and I are so blessed to have all of the love and support from so many amazing women in our lives. To everyone who came (whether you are local or came from various states across the country), thank you soooooo much for being such a great friend!!! I can't wait to introduce Chris to all of his amazing Aunties and TT's. 💓💕💓💕
