ET SI AJOUTER DES LÉGUMES À SON QUOTIDIEN DEVENAIT AUSSI SIMPLE ? 🌱💚

Trying out @behappi_official — a really simple way to add more greens into my day, especially as a busy mum! Each stick contains four organic microgreens: broccoli, red cabbage, black kale & daikon radish. It’s freeze-dried, made from the whole plants and has no fillers, sweeteners or added synthetic vitamins.

Just sprinkle it into food or a drink and you’re done 🤍

Still soaking in the magic from past week ✨

A truly special retreat with some new faces, some returning from previous retreats, and a few I’ve known for over 12 years. The mix of familiar energy and new connections created something really beautiful. 🤍

We spent the week diving deep into the lymphatic system — exploring how to support flow, release stagnation, and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythm.

Our days were filled with plant-based meals by @yuliya.arabuli , daily movement to stimulate lymph flow, and workshops on everything from face sculpting and drainage techniques, to understanding how conventional deodorants can impact our health and making our own natural alternatives with @monblume_ .

We also incorporated daily lymphatic massages with @nadi_massage_ibiza , colonics, breath-work with @jacquelynturner , and sauna session to support the body’s cleansing and renewal on every level. 🌿

Feeling so grateful for each woman who showed up, trusted the process, and shared her energy. Every retreat continues to remind me why I love doing this work so deeply.

Until next time 🤍

Another retreat wrapped up 💫

Seeing each of them leave lighter, brighter, and more inspired to take their health into their own hands is beyond rewarding. There’s something so special about witnessing those inner and outer shifts, even in just a few days.

Detoxing can be challenging. Emotions rise, energy shifts, and the process asks for presence and patience. But guiding people through it, welcoming them into my home, and holding space as they move through their own transformation has been one of the most fulfilling experiences.

As much as I used to think I wasn’t the type of person to host (being an introvert 🙃), I’ve realised that this changes completely when you’re doing something you love. I feel so much joy in caring for others, nurturing, and creating space for healing and reconnection.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the trust and for letting me guide you through this path 💛 And thank you @klimowitz , my dear sister, for co-hosting this retreat with me and sharing your magic with us ✨

The Sun is shining the weather is sweet!
Ibiza is radiating it’s calming energy and the locals are settling in to the fact we live in the best place on earth. Summer has gone but it’s gifted us a little trail of sunshine to soothe our hearts and warm the winter souls.
There is no better place to be on a Sunday now than on our terrace hanging out by the beach sipping on one of our lovely drinks, inhaling a burger quicker than you can say, “hallelujah I can park again” and listening to the unique sounds of @djhowardibiza this is just a post I wrote this morning on my couch… it took me 2 minutes to write because it’s true. There’s no algorithm and I wouldn’t lie to you. It’s just “Word of Mouth”
Oh and if you swipe right to the 2nd slide you’ll hear someone else sharing their love for the Caf and Howard!
Love the WOM Family x

Dear hummus, you never let us down! Being a spice lover, chipotle and sweet paprika ramp up the creamy satisfaction of hummus a few notches.

Spiciness and smokiness make the perfect accompaniment to my roasted Mediterranean veggie frittata…oh and those pretty pea shoots are basically the cherry on the top 👌🏼🌱

I served this with a smile for brunch today on @whiteislandretreats where I have been cooking all week for some super lovely ladies.

𝐴𝑣𝑜𝑐𝑎𝑑𝑜 𝑆𝑢𝑠ℎ𝑖 𝐵𝑜𝑎𝑡𝑠 🍣 🌸🥑

You are all I avo wanted! So the hubster kindly brought home some sushi…but I was already in the process of making homemade guacamole, so I conjured up this deconstructed reconstructed recipe.

Dip avocado halves in toasted sesame seeds, sprinkle with finely chopped wakame or nori. Add sachets of wasabi paste and pickled ginger to avocado purée. Stuff sushi rice into the cavity where the stone was removed, along with diced tuna and salmon. Dot with the wasabi ginger guacamole.

I garnished with sliced radish, purple daikon, micro greens and begonia flowers (which taste citrus and sour - totally perfect with sushi). Serve with a generous splash of soy sauce or tamari, dive in and devour!
