I look at her and hope she’s proud of who we’re becoming. 🥹🤍

These past five years, I’ve been doing the work. Learning myself, questioning what I used to accept, taking chances before I felt ready, and learning how to keep promises to myself.

There have been beautiful rewards. There have also been tears, doubts, and days when I wondered when all that work would finally start to feel worth it. Sometimes I was growing and couldn’t even see it yet.

And I’m finally getting to enjoy things I once prayed for. Sometimes I’m so focused on what’s next that I forget to stop and say, “Girl… look at what you’ve done.”

I’m proud of what I’ve built, and I’m also proud of the quieter things. How I speak to myself. What I allow in my life. How I let myself feel scared and still show up for something I want.

Life is funny like that. You can be grateful and overwhelmed. Proud and still figuring it out. Living a dream you worked for and realizing it comes with its own growing pains.

And that little girl? She’s still here. She still wants to laugh, dance, feel loved, and believe something beautiful is possible. I’m proud of her for keeping that part of us alive.

We still have so much life ahead of us, baby girl. But look how far we’ve already come. ✨

People will judge you and praise you in the same breath. Neither voice signs your paycheck, but your purpose does. Stay rooted, let the noise be wind, not directions. ✨🫶🏼

Kinda chic to be among the roughly 6% of Latinas in the U.S. with a master’s degree. 💅🏽🎓

Now I get to use what I learned to support children and families, build a business that reflects my values, and show the next generation of Latinas what’s possible.

Proud of the degree. Even prouder of the woman who earned it. 🤎 Happy Hispanic Heritage Month 🇳🇮

I know what it feels like to wonder if you should just take the leap.

I’ve felt it while building my business, investing in my vision, and choosing growth, even when staying comfortable would’ve been a whole lot easier. 😅

I felt it again when I hired a BCBA and nutrition/fitness coach @alyssavargas.fit @chauntae_gold to support me through my health and weight loss journey. That’s right ME, a BCBA decided to hire a BCBA to help me stay accountable and improve my relationship with food. I remember wondering, “Is this investment really going to be worth it?”

Spoiler alert: it was. 💜

Through ACT therapy, I learned that I didn’t have to wait until I felt completely ready, confident, or unafraid. I could feel uncomfortable and still take action toward the life I wanted, one choice at a time.

That experience gave me an even deeper understanding of what families may feel when considering private pay support for their child. It’s a big decision, especially when finances are part of the conversation.

But the right support can mean more communication, more independence, fewer overwhelming moments, and more confidence for the entire family.

You don’t have to wait until things feel unmanageable to ask for help. Sometimes, choosing support now can completely change what the months and years ahead look like.

If you’ve been considering individualized ABA therapy for your child, let’s talk. No pressure and no pushy sales pitch, just honest guidance about your options. ✨

Life is too short to fear wrinkles. Laugh hard, be silly, and be unapologetically you ✨✨✨
