Opening Weekend of the 2026 Canarsie Flossy Summer Classic. Great seeing our youth come out to compete. Before tip-off, we drained and dried the court + installed brand-new nets. We’ll keep organizing and pushing @nycparks , Councilmember @mercedesnarcisse and the @nycmayor @nycmayorsoffice to finally fix the flooding issue after nearly a decade of neglect. Our community deserves safe, reliable recreational spaces. Until then, we’ll continue doing our part to make sure our young people have access to the park they deserve. Salute to Commissioner @ramelyoung , @behind.the.park , @bearburgersbk , @djdonp_legend , and all the volunteers for keeping this tournament alive.
