A little behind the scenes of what we’ve been up to with @sundaywestcollective ❤️ Yesterday, we spent the day capturing content for one of our wedding design clients @beholdeneventdesign, documenting the beautiful details and behind-the-scenes moments that bring their work to life. Branding, websites, and a little social media magic. A peek into the different sides of what we do! We’re in the business of flowers, but really, we’re in the business of love stories. Getting to know our couples, hearing their stories and bringing all those little details together through flowers is such a special part of what we do. There’s something pretty incredible about getting to play even a small part in a day that means so much to someone. #celsiafloral Coordinator: @smitten_events @jenn_nana Photography: @cpienaarphoto Catering & Bar: @sage.ubc Decor: @bespokedecor @beholdeneventdesign @ellssievents Hair & Makeup: @kahliaadamsmakeuphair Signage: @jfainstein

Vows with a view. 🏔️🤍 Alice & Michael said “I do” on the deck at American Creek Lodge, the mountains and river valley stretched out behind them. Officiated with warmth by Lawrence of Vancouver Officiant. Dreaming of a ceremony somewhere breathtaking in BC? We would love to be part of your day. 👉 vancouverofficiant.com 📸 @isleandoakphotography · 🗓️ @adtrevents · 🌸 @ajrdesigns1 · 🎀 @beholdeneventdesign · 🏔️ @americancreeklodge #AmericanCreekLodge #BCWedding #MountainWedding #VancouverWeddingOfficiant #BCElopement

Couples who truly let go on their wedding day. They don’t watch the clock (your vendors will get you where you need to be), they laugh until their cheeks hurt, let their dress get dirty, let the tears flow and don’t sweat the small stuff. Instead they soak it all in. They are fully present with the people they love most, all gathered together in one room, because this exact moment will never happen again. That’s what it’s really all about

Two words: Hobby (noun): An activity or interest that someone regularly does for pleasure. + Hospitality (noun): Friendly and generous treatment of guests or visitors, including providing them with food, drinks, or a place to stay. Hellllllo there! *pops out of cake* I'm Karlene and these are my hobbies-turned-career: • Wedding Planning/Coordination • Quoting movies (all day. every day.) • Bringing you snacks (very important) • Setting the vibe: candles - music - lighting (lighting is everything) • Demolishing obstacles (but ssshh🤫you won't even know) • Standing back to watch your guests (they are smiling) • Trolling the other vendors (they're smiling too. mostly.) • Filming & capturing content so you can look back and relive the day! If you need these vibes on your Wedding planning journey, we should probably hang out. Also - you should meet these people too: Venue: @thegreenhouse_venue Photographer: @nedaphotography__ Florist: @lamsearfloral Decor Rentals: @beholdeneventdesign Catering & Bartending: @thechefsacre . . . . #abbotsfordweddingplanner #greenhousewedding #fraservalleyweddings #bcweddingplanner vancouverweddingplanner
