Them“ Don’t worry. You’ll find someone!” Me: I already have. So many of them!
The benefit of great loss and sadness is the ability to recognize love and joy. I have known what it is to be intensely and loyally loved. Who am I to ask for more? Thank you for helping me enjoy this big life ♥️ #grateful

In less than two week we will be back at @feforhoifjellshotel and start Fefor Power Week!

Can't wait to put on my kilt and enjoy the company of all my old and new friends lifting, cheering and laughing!

For all of my friends in strength who will not be a part of the summer camp this year: you will be missed and we meet again soon I hope!

Have you been looking for a reason to work with me? You have until tomorrow night to sign up for the Boudoir Minishoot at the AC Hotel in Worcester, MA! I don't offer minishoots often, you really don't want to miss this opportunity!

Until then, feast your eyes on these beauties for your viewing pleasure and inspiration

Full power multi ply turned into a decent raw deadlift only meet
Opener squat 1003 fell back in the hole
2nd squat 1025 red lights for depth
3rd squat 1113 red lights for depth
Opener bench 473 dumped trying to touch
Called bench there because I knew I would pass out again
Re entered as raw deadlift only
Opened 639 because that was my original geared opener
2nd 700ish I didn’t know the weight till after I pulled it 5lbs under my best raw without training it
3rd 727 20lb raw pr
Not what I hoped for but it’s what was there
Thank you to @lift.smith for putting on a great meet with an awesome atmosphere
