Tag the people who you intentionally choose to surround yourself with who make you a better version of yourself. Blessed beyond words to be surrounded by so many who make my light dance. It’s a choice. Choose wisely. #shineyourlight #womensupportwomen❤️

Debbie Kaen created sacred fertility garments for the perinatal journey. The Be Ing leggings are designed to be wearable sanctuaries, wearable sanctuaries - made from breathable, natural cotton free of plastic and forever chemicals, with I AM mantras over the womb and a intentional pocket to hold your affirmations, crystals or love notes for the life within. Today Debbie and Garrett go deep on the power of frequency, water and the womb... covering everything from conception to healthy pregnancy starting with intentionality and energetic wisdom!

Reflecting on an incredible Ladies Trip to the Ohel - Souls. Sisters. Connection. We left to NY last Monday evening and returned back to LA a little more than 24 hours later. It was a day filled with prayer, reflection and connection in preparation for the Jewish New Year. We prayed at the Rebbe’s Ohel, toured a gorgeous Mikvah, had brunch at JLI Headquarters, went to 770 and the Rebbe’s Room, Chabad.org HQ, the wig store and more…what a special & memorable experience! Looking forward to doing it again!

For many women, fertility becomes a full-time job: Tracking. Testing. Timing.

But the truth is, fertility begins with feeling safe, nourished, and regulated 🧘‍♀️

Our Women’s Fertility Stack is designed to do just that - combining frequency sessions that help:

💫 Regulate cycles and hormone production
💫 Reduce stress and inflammation
💫 Support deep sleep and mitochondrial energy
💫 Increase cellular voltage and flow

These sessions don’t override your body. They help you return to the rhythm your body was always meant to follow.

Join us at Frequency & Fertility on September 5th at the Santa Monica Proper [link in bio] to explore this approach firsthand, and leave with real tools to feel supported, grounded, and in sync ✨

My Fertility Journey: From Heartache to Healing to Miracles 💫

We were married in 1986, full of dreams of having a big, loving family. We started trying to conceive right away, but month after month, year after year, nothing happened. I spent five years going through the emotional rollercoaster of infertility—hormones, two major tubal surgeries, and even began doing IVF—all with no success.

By the end of that journey, I was physically drained and emotionally devastated. I had all but given up on ever becoming a mother. And then, just when hope seemed out of reach, I met a Holistic Nurse Practitioner who changed everything. She looked at me with new eyes and gently told me, “You need to get healthier at the cellular level.” She introduced me to PEMF and RIFE frequencies, which I began using consistently. I also transformed my lifestyle: I traded in intense workouts for walking, yoga, and pilates. I changed my diet, began taking high-quality supplements, and focused on regulating my nervous system—learning how to truly care for myself, inside and out.

Four weeks into this new protocol, the impossible happened: I was pregnant!

My doctors called it a miracle baby and were certain I would not be able to conceive again. But miraculously and very unexpectedly, 13 months later, I had my second beautiful daughter.
And a few years after that, my amazing third baby girl.

I share this story to say: Don’t give up. Your body is wise, and sometimes it simply needs a different kind of support—a chance to heal, to rebalance, to remember how to function optimally.

If you’re walking the painful path of infertility right now, I see you. I was you. And I want you to know that miracles can and do happen. Healing is possible. And so is joy, even after the darkest chapters.
