Thursday Lift… Wait, six weeks ago…None of these girls could hit 135 pounds on the bench press but today they killed it and was flirting with 155 pounds🤯 the fellas were playing around with 255 pounds but fit right in at 225 pounds!! Progress is what you want over the summer. Just keep getting better and watch the translation to the track or the field of your sport! There were some funny moments and some funny faces as well😁. Let’s just call it getting better while having fun and a good laugh.🫡🤣🥳🕺🏾🕺🏾🕺🏾

Wednesday Is Hills — You can’t tell from the smiles, but this was by far the most brutal hill workout of the summer …after the 30 m 60 m sprints… It ended with 6x150 m Sprints but because of the steep incline the higher you go,,it was actually like sprinting 300 m !, Greatest part by far was how they encouraged and picked up (literally)each other when needed🫡🙌🏾

These 4 have been rocking since their @serracavaliers highschool days where they not only won individual state titles 100m 200m now @oregontf , relay state titles 4x100m, a team state championship and a Football phenom who set 100m records for Cali 10.14 wind legal 10.09 all conditions now @uclafootball . They pulled up today and set off the Saturday Beach Workout #Keepgoing💪🏾
