There’s no question that grief has been part of the world’s existence the last few years - during the pandemic, grieving those & what was lost and then emerging from the pandemic, where some of the ways life was are never to be again. With the added layer of losing loved ones, whether through death, divorce or parting of ways, grief intensifies greatly.

Come to this workshop to restore your faith in yoga as a tool to manage grief, to navigate, and celebrate life. Class will begin with some chanting with an asana practice that is supportive and restorative in nature. A brief presentation/discussion will include ways to prepare oneself for this transition, of self or with others. And ultimately, to live a full life through yoga practices.

Spring is off to a great start after our Spring Well-being Fair at Mukunda Studio. The light sprinkling of rain on Sunday didn’t keep folks away. We had a magical day filled with a more diverse crowd than we usually see in the wellness spaces and our mission was a brilliant success! Thanks to co-founders @andrealuvsilas and @emilyjeannehedges and the team from @tendwellcollective for making this day at Mukunda Studio so special. More of this please!

Our Well-being Fairs are scheduled around the change in seasons from Spring, Summer to Fall. Keep connected and be sure you make it to our next one on June 18th. The Summer Well-being Fair will have an LGBTQ+ focus! If you’d like to be a presenter, volunteer and get involved, DM us!

Developing practices and gathering tools to support your well-being is a smart way to navigate this ever-changing world. There’s no way around life’s highs and lows, but with a community that’s dedicated to educating, inspiring and reminding you to take good care of self and others, we believe everyone can thrive.

Images from reel show a diverse group of attendees and presenters in group classes, mini consultations, eating plant-based snacks, drinking @drinkolipop and socializing!
