WE WERE NEVER MEANT TO COMPETE. BUT SOMEWHERE ALONG THE WAY, MANY OF US LEARNED TO. After the Wealth Room, I kept thinking about female friendship. Different ages. Different generations. Different businesses. Yet when the walls come down, we realise how much we actually have in common. We want to be seen. Understood. Supported. Safe. So why do we still struggle to trust each other? Maybe we need to look at what we learned. We inherit patterns from our parents, our families and society. We carry them into our friendships, relationships and businesses, often without questioning them. But what is actually yours? And what did you learn to become? This is at the heart of The Architecture of Who You Are: learning to separate yourself from the patterns you inherited and consciously choose what you carry forward. I’ve experienced betrayal and broken trust too. But I’ve learned that some people are there for a season, some for a reason, and some for a lifetime. The answer isn’t to stop trusting. It’s to become wiser about trust without closing ourselves off. Especially in business. Imagine women sharing their struggles, successes, knowledge and opportunities. Opening doors instead of guarding them. Maybe we don’t need more competition. Maybe we need bigger tables. Because when women see each other as allies instead of competition… WE CHANGE WHAT IS POSSIBLE FOR ALL OF US. 🤍

The Power of Becoming Your Own Asset. We often define wealth by what we have in the bank. But real wealth is so much more. It is the reputation you build, the relationships you nurture, the knowledge you accumulate, the confidence you develop — and your ability to turn all of it into opportunity.
