Smooth Grooves with Kiara
July 12, 2026

Fam- happy weekend. We are back and catching up on our posts. Hope you all have been dancing this summer.

Last month, we made it to Kiara’s very popular Smooth Grooves class. It was a full house and so fun to dance with our amazing Fam.

Kiara’s classes are chill, full of good vibes and great choreo. The Fam looks so good in this vid, moving as a single unit. Also, the colour palette of their fits is on point. Musicality wise- we noticed how well the Fam took their time and didn’t rush. The moments where they pause and hold their moves for a second are very cool, and they are so relaxed while dancing. Amazing execution reflective of their skills, experience and Kiara’s teaching. Also, great song choice.

Thanks Kiara and Fam!

Kiara teaches Smooth Grooves and Hip Hop back to back. Come dance with us.

Heels with Justine - part 2
June 7, 2026

Fam - we had taken 2 vids of Justine’s Heels class last week. Our last post is a group vid of Justine and the Fam.

This vid is of the Fam and you can hear Justine in the background hyping them up. This group delivers. So individual and so together. More importantly, we love how happy everyone looks dancing- so free with the perfect amount of attitude.

Also, check out Meg popping out the middle splits at the end like it’s no big deal. A most excellent finale.

Thanks Justine and Fam. You are stars.

Justine- thank you for your passion, energy and bringing out the best of us. We appreciate you.

Heels with Justine - part 1
June 7, 2026

Happy Sunday! It’s Justine and the Fam from Heels class a week ago.

Sundays are fundays with this crew of amazing babes. They bring the fire, energy and skill to execute Justine’s awesome choreo.

This choreo was super fun to dance and had great musicality, heavy beats, strength, head whips, bounce, lines, floorwork, detailed hands/wrists/arms, hip movements. The Fam slayed and Justine always delivers a great experience for us.

We love this confident, playful, unbothered, sexy, idgaf performance - perfection for this song. Def put a spell on us. Amazing what these babes can learn in an hour.

Thanks Justine and Fam. So good!

Jazz Funk with Natasha
May 10, 2026

Happy sunny Tuesday Fam. Last week, we made it to Natasha’s Jazz Funk class and took this vid of Natasha and Becca. This two are so in sync. So good!

This was such a fun choreo with great musicality and timing to a very popular song. Dancing this piece gave us a feeling of spicy playfulness & confidence. Vibes of being self-assured in our individual abilities and happy with exactly who we are.

As for class, Natasha is a very clear instructor who takes the time to break down the choreo, answer questions and let us get the movement in our body. She also has a great sense of humour - we laugh a lot in class!

Some of you may recognize Becca as she has been dancing at the studio for many years. She also taught Heels at the studio before she went on mat leave. Happy 1st bday to Becca’s baby Kion!

Thanks Natasha and Becca. What a great time we had with you both and the Fam.

Hip Hop with Case

Happy Saturday Fam. Last week, we posted a vid of Case dancing his choreo in his Hip
Hop class, which he teaches 2 weeks in a row.

Earlier this week, April 1, 2026, we made it to week 2 and got a chance to further work on our dancing for this choreo. So enjoyable. Case does a great job walking us through the details snd will repeat the breakdown plus demo.

We wanted to share a group vid of the Fam, the majority didn’t have the benefit of week 1 and did really awesome. Learned so much in an hour.

Thanks Case and Fam. Dancing with you all makes for a great night.

Hip Hop Choreo with Kiara - Part 1

Fam- we made it to Kiara’s Hip Hop Choreo today and posted a solo vid of Kiara last week for week 1.

We were able to get a video with this trio of powerhouse teachers - Kiara, Becca and Kyle! Made us so happy.

So nice that Kyle and Becca joined today. Kyle and Kiara did a recent collaboration class together. He teaches Hip Hop, R&B, House Foundations and House Choreo and has been teaching at the studio for years. Becca taught Heels at the studio and is currently enjoying her mat leave. We hope she can return to teach when the time is right.

We really enjoyed this choreo and also enjoyed seeing these peeps dance together. The musicality so on point and super clean.

Thanks Kiara, Becca and Kyle!

Heels with Justine

Fam- we also made it Heels today with Justine and what a class. This was week 2 of the choreo, week 1 was posted last Sunday with an amazing group.

It was a full class, full of energy, power, sass and confidence mixed with a super fun song. It would be good to note that even though it was week 2, there were many peeps who weren’t there last week and also slayed the choreo. So don’t worry if you join on week 2. Justine still teaches it the same.

Thanks Justine and Fam for letting us capture you all. You are all fire!

Please tag if we missed you. We can’t remember/ don’t have everyone’s instas.
