Oluwatoke Salami set out to build a small business. The market had other plans.

She planned for one event a week. By month two, Bekiri was running 12. Customers pushed for ice cream, brownies, crepes — she declined, and productised instead. Flipd took Bekiri from an event cart to a retail pancake mix now sold in Nigeria and the UK.

Disciplined growth starts with knowing what to say no to.

When contemporary meets tradition and the collusion creates a combination of warmth, bond and magic.

Motherhood is beautiful, but it was never meant to be done alone 💞.

The Momdate event was a reminder that moms need moments to exhale, connect, laugh, share stories, and simply be seen. From conversations with new friends, singing our hearts out, creating beautiful candles, to sharing little moments of joy, it was more than just an event. It was a safe space.

Here’s to building more intentional mom communities, one connection at a time 🥂💞

Shoutout to @ilowitdflo it was nice meeting you 🤝.
