Veil — Tori

Tori explores the female form through the intimacy of lingerie, the language of gesture, and the interplay of line and shadow.

Printed in black ink on soft blue paper.
There is a balance between openness and concealment, between what we choose to reveal and what we keep for ourselves.

Part of Veil, my upcoming solo exhibition at Belco Arts Centre, Canberra, in 2027.

The word “phase” has a number of loosely related definitions, associated with time and change; with making things happen in gradual stages; or with being in (or out) of harmony.

Proud to have work showing at PHASES, Canberra.

Opening at 6 pm tomorrow night (Friday 16 October)

West Gallery, Belconnen Arts Centre

Exhibition: 16 October – 29 November 2026

Artists in Conversation: 12pm Saturday 17 October

Well done, @kerry.j.martin for curating this beautiful event. And as always, great to collab with @adriancaesarauthor

First layer of a new work in my endangered bird series - my go to base colour is burnt sienna, for a warm undertone.
