Ine Lanckriet joins us in episode 99. In this episode we talk about building out a program as comprehensive as Gentle, the rise of a couple Belgian superstars, and Ine's tools for creating a great team culture. She has been a standout in Belgian ultimate for years. These days shes's best known as a coach. Players love to play for Ine, because her authenticity shines through in every interaction. It's always clear that she cares. Teams across Europe have been pursuing her to join. In 2025 alone she has been a coach for Gentle, the Belgian U24 Men's team, and the Tokay SuperTeam. She spent the previous season or two coaching Mooncup and well known for developing the Gentle Youth Program while serving as Youth Program Coordinator.
