✨ A little self-care with Be Lifted Body NZ! ✨

Today I had the pleasure of visiting the lovely team at Be Lifted Body NZ, and what a wonderful experience! 💕

I was treated to a TECAR360 session, which uses 448 kHz radiofrequency technology and is designed to support circulation and help improve the appearance of skin firmness and texture.

As a woman in my 40s, I'm always interested in discovering new ways to look after my skin and body, especially as our bodies naturally change over time.

The team were absolutely lovely, taking the time to explain the treatment and make me feel comfortable throughout. ❤️

✨ And the exciting part? I can't wait to take you along on this journey and show you my results! I'll be sharing my honest experience and any changes I notice along the way.

A huge thank you to Be Lifted Body NZ for having me today. I'm so excited to see how things progress! 🥰

Complimentary treatment gifted by Be Lifted Body NZ.

Today’s shoutout is to Jade @beliftedbody__ for the amazing treatment I received nearly a week ago now, overseen by New Zealand’s master trainer Mary from @smoothinkstudios I could not be happier with the results. The treatment is a cutting edge skin REVITALISING, fine line and wrinkle MINIMISING, power packed performer that you need to add into your self care routine, I had redness initially however that is expected and a good response, it was quickly followed by fresher brighter skin and it will only continue to develop over the next few weeks- we will do a dedicated side by side when I’ve had my revision in clinic. This week I’ve been using the @norwexnewzealand range which is a super gentle eco-friendly, EWG-verified skincare range focused on clean ingredients, Nordic antioxidants, the bonus being they also have sustainable, refillable packaging- what’s not to love!

It’s not just about teaching the technique. It’s about who you trust to carry the work forward. 🤍

One of the things I feel most grateful for in this industry is now having the opportunity to train other artists who I genuinely feel are aligned with the heart of paramedical tattooing — people who have the passion, care and genuine desire to help others.

I was so proud of Jade from @beliftedbody__ in Christchurch, who runs this business alongside her lovely mum Julie. She had really been wanting to train in Paramedical for awhile and what a privilege it was to be able to help with this.

From the moment we started theory, you were so focused, engaged and asking all the right questions. And then seeing you move through the practical side of the training, working across 5 different models and modalities.

You could see your confidence growing throughout the day, especially as you assessed and worked with each of our clients. That confidence doesn’t come from simply being shown what to do — it comes from understanding the why, asking questions, assessing each individual case and learning to trust your own judgement.

Jade, I’m so excited to see where this journey takes you. You have such a beautiful heart for this work, and I know how much that matters when you’re working with people who are trusting you with something so personal.
I’ll be right here cheering you on and supporting you as you grow. 🫶🏼

Here’s to more artists entering this industry who care just as much about the person as they do the procedure.

If you’re considering training in paramedical tattooing please feel free to reach out or we have upcoming trainings in October/ November in Auckland and Wellington. I will have trainings resume with myself in Jan so keep an eye out for those dates.

Unfortunately my pre shower pic timed out and didn’t automatically save (still determining if this is a technical error or user error 🤪) anyhow yesterday I was lucky enough to be a model for Jade @beliftedbody__ as she was completing her training in @nuestrand and @nue.conceal. Jade has been mentored by the incredible @smoothinkstudios who is our master trainer in new zealand these talented women have been working hard towards this moment for months behind the scenes and I’m honestly so proud of how Jade rose to the occasion and performed each service to the very best of her ability with Mary closely watching on and assisting as necessary. If you are in need of a confidence boost, scar camouflage, skin or hair restoration in Christchurch then look no further than @beliftedbody__ my photo above is 12 hours post service, no down time and feels so much better already however results will be more noticeable to those of you watching over the next week or so, keep checking in to see my final glow up 🤍

Daily reminder…. “You are the light you see in others” #midweekmotivation #belifted #besupported #bebrave keep going even when it’s hard, it won’t miraculously get easier over night but a little step in any direction is better than staying stagnant a huge shout out to Julie and Jade for being the most incredible human beings, their amazing support has been unwavering and I am so incredibly privileged to have been aligned with them- for anyone needing assistance with non invasive cutting edge treatments in Christchurch the @beliftedbody__ clinic is based in tai tapu and is second to none, they also offer a mobile service and are the national trainers for fibroblast treatments which means these two are the best and train the best so if your a beauty therapist needing to upskill this is the team to work with or if you are in need of a pick me up these are the women you absolutely have to see! Being a busy mama juggling ALLLLLLL of the hats on my own I can very much vouch for Julie and Jade you will not be disappointed, as soon as you enter the door the serenity will wash over you and you know your in safe hands and will see real results, business owners, mama’s, students, wherever you fall you are welcomed at #belifted so reach out and thank me later 😉😘@Be Lifted Body NZ
