Tap ❤️ if you agree! It’s recommended that you do ANY physical activity for at least 30 minutes every day! It’s so easy to find excuses BUT once you decided you want to live a healthier lifestyle, exercise will be part of your daily non-negotiables! If you had to take a break due to an injury, just find your way back to it as soon as you can! Exercise also plays an essential part in your gut health ❤️ Keep moving 💪🏼

Tap ❤️ if you agree! I detox my gut with a 30-day gut cleanse at least once a year. However, there is much more that belongs to a detox: * Eating real food * Avoiding toxic people * Being mindful of the content we expose ourselves to: what we listen to, what we watch, what we read… * Avoiding exposure to toxins - they are in our foods, in our cleaning products, in our personal hygiene items, in perfumes, in make-up… * Have time for yourself to unwind and relax… Detox, feel happier and healthier 👍🏼

Tap ❤️if you know the importance of probiotics for your gut health OR would like to know more! My family and I started on probiotic supplements over for years ago. It took care of serious gut issues we were experiencing (bloating, constipation, nausea)… Today… I ask myself why we didn’t start sooner… so many people had advised us to, but we thought eating probiotic foods was enough… we were wrong! It helps, BUT not for the long term… plus, there’s only so much sauerkraut we can eat 🤣🤣🤣

Tap ❤️ if your health matters. Some people are so used to taking synthetic meds that the natural way is not an option. Not because they know it doesn’t work, but because it’s not the easy way. My family and I have been opting for natural preventive health care for over 4 years and we never felt better! Our gut health has improved to 90%! Don’t expect a body that has been trained for years to not do what it’s made to do (because of synthetic intake) to figure out how to work properly in a day or two!

Tap ❤️ if you love real foods! Sugary, fried and processed foods are very bad for your gut health as they “feed” the bad bacteria in your gut and contribute to gut dysbiosis. Be mindful of what you eat - your gut health is so important! Follow me for more 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 @flaviaaustin429
