One dream. One vision. Countless hours of bringing it to life.

Watching this studio go from an empty space to a community of incredible women has been one of the most rewarding experiences.

The grand opening was just the beginning.

Every day, this community continues to grow. New friendships are being made, women are trying classes, and together we’re creating a space where every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, challenged, and empowered.

To every member who’s trusted us, every instructor who’s poured their heart into these classes, every family member, friend, and supporter who believed in this dream before it even existed, thank you. None of this would be possible without you.

This is only the beginning, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us.

Welcome to EMPR Pilates. See you on the mat. ✨💖

“If we love ourselves, and deeply feel that love, and deeply live that love, we cannot be defeated.” Alice Walker, Pulitzer price winning author.

As women we are limitless. We are powerful. We are magic. We are vulnerable, we are graceful, and we are STRENGTH.

I am so unbelievably thankful to be a woman, and to be raising a young lady. My greatest desire is to teach my daughter to love herself, embrace her strengths and flaws, to know she is a brilliant being with the capacity to achieve whatever her heart desires. And to WORK, to fight for what she believes in and hopes to achieve. And to always remain good at heart.

This is my hope for every woman, young and old. United, together, we can rock the world.

This is the mission statement of Empowered Women’s Gym. This is a gym made BY women, for women. A place for us to sweat together, laugh, struggle, and to achieve great things.

Join this growing community of Empowered women. Here we are ALL queens. 🩷🫶🏼

It’s the end of an era.

I officially say goodbye to private training from my home gym as WSF. 💔

For years, I’ve had the honor of guiding so many incredible women through their strength journeys. I watched so many push past limits, gain so much confidence, and show up for themselves in ways that inspired me everyday.

And while this chapter is ending, the mission isn’t. It never will.

I’m pouring my heart into the next stage — Empowered Women’s Gym, a women’s-only strength and fitness community built for connection, growth, and empowering energy.

To every client who has sweated, laughed, and conquered challenges with me — thank you for trusting me with your goals. You’ve shaped me as much as I’ve coached you. 🙏🏼

This gym was built for YOU. For every woman I’ve known, every woman I know now, and every woman reading this. ✨

So here’s to new beginnings, bigger dreams, and lifting each other higher.

See you at Empowered. 🩷

What you see are the women behind the true inspiration for Empowered Women’s Gym.

Scroll through. Look at each of them. I have known them all, worked with them all, laughed, cried, celebrated triumphs, over come failures. I wish I could tell you about each of them, but that would take hours.

Empowered began years ago. If I knew you at Brea 24 or the softball fields during Covid, if I trained you years ago, months ago, or presently, know you played a part in the birth of this gym. Every single one of you.

Thank you for inspiring me to take this leap. 🙏🏼🫶🏼

P.S. I couldn’t post everyone, we had several who couldn’t make the photo shoot, but you ladies know who you are! ☺️

We lift heavy, laugh louder, and strut like it’s leg day on the runway. 💅🏼

Graceful? Always.

Strong? Don’t test us.

Pretty? Oh yea.

This is what unstoppable looks like — in lashes and lifting gloves. 😏✨

We came together, with aligned energy. Our hearts connected as women. This is the community I’ve been unknowingly building for 5+ years.

This photo shoot was the start of something magical, the next evolution of WSF.

And what you see are REAL, authentic women. Mothers, daughters, sisters, cousins.

My goal has been and will continue to be to build a safe space.

For women, by women. 🩷🫶🏼

Stay tuned for more to come. ☺️
