I had her facing the sun, which gave me a deep saturated blue sky. Then i underexposed the super bright midday sky with the 3-7 stop Freewell ND filter. I needed a powerful strobe to light her, so I used the Westcott FJ800. The BTS is what the naked eye saw.

@bella__biscotti Got ready for her shoot. So we did a little thing and tried to cut up a bit. I think she did well. Now we're just taking some time to chill and do some summer maintenance before we turn things back up at the end of the summer.

We drove 4 hours to capture this scenic backdrop. We had bright direct sunlight, so I used the Westcott FJ800 along with the Freewell 3-7 Stop ND Filter to create these dramatic looks.
