Full circle. ❤️

I came to the University of Houston from the Rio Grande Valley in 2015. I was raised in the RGV and in many ways, UH became a place where I grew up — as a student, an athlete, and as a person.

Coming back to the Valley for the Evening of Celebration & Connection was a special reminder of just how much that chapter shaped me. Seeing Coach Carl Lewis alongside Coach Kelvin Sampson, surrounded by fellow RGV based Coogs, made the evening even more meaningful.

Since graduating with my bachelor’s and master’s degrees, I’ve had the opportunity to travel the world representing Team Cameroon. Now, as I work toward LA 2028, I’m grateful to carry the lessons and foundation UH gave me into this next chapter.

From the RGV, to UH, to the world. 🌎

Forever grateful to be a Coog.

**Go Coogs! 🐾❤️**

Parent feedback hits different 🙌🏽

Seeing our athletes walk out stronger, more confident, and locked in reminds us we’re on the right path. This is why we do what we do 💯🔥

Week after week (after week) the work is done and it begins to pay off. 👌✨

We see you Bella 👀

Bella puts in the work—reps, balance, control, and confidence. When your feet are disciplined, the game slows down and opens up. Proud of the grind she’s putting in at Fly High Basketball. ✈️🔥

Footwork First. Always.

Before you can create space or own your position, your feet have to do the work. That’s why every Fly High session starts with agility and footwork—because great players aren’t just quick, they’re precise.

Bella Krell doesn’t just show up—she sets the pace.

She’s a hidden gem in the Valley with untapped potential—and every practice proves it. Bella embodies what Fly High stands for: hustle, humility, and a savage, unrelenting will to win.

We start sessions with conditioning for a reason. It’s not punishment—it’s preparation. When the body is tired, the mind has to lead. Fundamentals under fatigue. Smart decisions under pressure. That’s when true players rise.

At Fly High, we don’t train for perfect moments—we train for the moments that decide games.

One thing about Bella—she always brings the energy, and it’s contagious. 🔥
What makes her special isn’t just the fun, vibrant person she is—it’s her ability to add savage mode on top of that. We’re honored to walk with her on this journey of discovering the beast that’s already inside her, while never dimming the light of her character.

Because here at Fly High, we believe athletes should be more than skilled players—we build good people with great habits who know how to flip the switch when it’s game time. 💪🏽🏀 Bella, you’re proof it can be done.

Bella? She’s different.
One of those rare athletes who doesn’t even realize how special she is—yet.

She’s a trainer’s dream: coachable, locked in, and full of quiet potential that’s just waiting to explode.
I believe in this girl.
I know she’s going far—and I just hope I get to be a small part of that journey.

There’s something about her. And I don’t say that lightly.

As our summer training gets closer to the end we say “until next time” to @marcelatrevino06 it was such a blessing to have her down this summer and have her be a mentor to some young throwers. Good luck this season!
