What an absolute privilege it has been to capture your beautiful story from the very beginning. From Koa growing safely in Mama’s belly, to meeting you as the tiniest little newborn, and now somehow we’re already celebrating your FIRST birthday. 🥹🎂

Watching you grow into the sweetest, cheekiest little boy with so much personality has been so incredibly special. These photos are more than just images they’re little pieces of a story that you’ll be able to look back on forever and see just how tiny you once were. 🤍

But Koa isn’t the only one I’ve had the privilege of watching grow. Bella, watching you become the mama you are today has been so beautiful. I’ve watched you grow alongside your little boy, find yourself, become stronger and shine brighter with every chapter. ✨

This is exactly why I love what I do. I don’t just get to photograph a moment I get to watch families grow, babies become little people, and mamas step into new versions of themselves.

There’s something so beautiful about the bond between these two. The love, the connection, the way they look at each other and the little moments in between the ones you don’t always realise are so special until they’re frozen in a photograph. 🥹

As I rebuild Captured by Loz, I’m realising more than ever just how much photographs truly mean.

When you lose images, they’re gone. And suddenly you realise they were never just photos. They were a moment. A feeling. A tiny piece of a chapter you can never go back and recreate exactly the same way.

A photograph can say a thousand words without saying anything at all.

Looking through moments like these between Bella & Koa reminds me exactly why I picked up my camera in the first place. 🤍

It’s not about the perfect pose or everyone looking at the camera. It’s about connection. Love. The way your babies fit in your arms. The little hands, the cuddles, the laughter and the way they love each other right now.

Because one day, these little moments become the big memories for your children, grand children or great grandchildren.. 🥺
