Yesterday marked 9️⃣ years of sobriety! 🎉 9… That number feels so surreal.

I’m grateful I found my WHY all those years back. I had many reasons to clean up before, but this one stuck with me. And it’s made life so exciting on its own. The raw, natural high of getting to know myself without any interference and letting her take up space in the world 🌍

I’m so thankful for all the love and support to those who brought Light to my journey along the way. ⛲️

2025.. I married the love of my life. During a week of stormy weather, nature aligned and showed its full colors. We married under the setting sun surrounded by friends and family. I never felt love like I did that night, worlds colliding and bonds formed. Still engulfed in gratitude, and feel so lucky to have such a special, loving, curious, caring and passionate person by my side in this thing called life. I love you forever @therebeccaknox

Turned 33 years old today!! 🙌🏻 It’s been such a wild year full of ups and downs but I got to share so many beautiful moments with my favorite humans ever! Truly surrounded by the best! 🥹

Got to travel to Turks & Caicos and Canada with my besties, play a one of my top bucket list venues @thecavernstn , released a bunch of new music that I’ve been so excited to share, went to a ton of amazing weddings… and on top of all that, me and @monster_mad just moved into a house together and we couldn’t be more happy about it! ♥️😍

With the new house, I finally have my own dedicated studio. For the first time ever! It’s been a dream of mine for so long and it feels surreal to finally have a work space like this 😭🙏🏻(peep the last slide)

Every year I am blown away by how far this project has come. 10 years ago I started playing around with music while I was working towards becoming a filmmaker and I never imagined I’d be here doing this full time. Creating art for a living is such a crazy roller coaster! There are times when it’s easy and beautiful and everything flows effortlessly. Then there are times when it’s pretty difficult and intense. So many challenges arise within this industry and navigating all of it can be daunting. But at the end of the day I love music and getting to make it and share it with the world is such an honor. Thank you so much for the support and going on this journey with me!! I love you all more than words can describe 💙☁️

today was special🥹 i got so emotional watching our friends freaking CONQUER their first cold plunge. it’s magical to watch someone take themselves from panic to calm with their breath. we are capable of so much more than we think we are, always.
