GLUTES SWIPE WORKOUT — let’s get to work 👇

Attack mindset only. 3 sets per movement, weight climbing every set. No coasting.

1️⃣ Froggies (no machine? Smith machine works) — 3x15
2️⃣ Belted Squat Sumo (no belt squat? KB sumo, get full depth) — 3x10-12
3️⃣ Kneeling Glute Extension (no machine? standing glute ext or hyperextensions) — 3x15
4️⃣ DB Step Ups — hips below knee on every rep — 3x8-10

Sweet spot for ANY workout = 10-12 total working sets. If you’re able to do more than that past, you’re going too easy.

Push tempo. Push weight. Push intensity. 🔥

Swipe through, save this, and go build something 💪
